Application for ad hoc membership

Registration as an ad hoc member is free of charge and ensures compliance with internal governance requirements and transparency obligations. Termination occurs automatically at the end of the specified term, unless renewed or extended by mutual agreement.

Registration as an ad hoc member

In accordance with TRACE (Association) updated bylaws/statues , all organizations Danish and foreign private-sector and public-sector businesses/authorities, NGOs and individuals (the “Business Side”), and organizations, research institutions, educational institutions and GTS (Danish government-approved research and technology) institutes, (the “Knowledge Partners”) which are participating in a project managed by the Association for a fixed term only as part of completing the project shall be admitted as “ad hoc members”. Entities who wish to engage with the association – including through participation in specific activities, consultation, or communication – must be formally registered as ad hoc member

By signing up, I accept that my data will be used in connection with activities, projects or collaborations related to Denmark's environmental cluster and I will automatically be signed up for information from Trace. In addition, data is used to document activities towards supporters, which in some cases require documentation to be stored for many years to come. Trace only uses encrypted online IT systems to store contact and personal data and all systems are controlled with access control, including the Podio system.
