Infact - Infrastructure for the Flexible plastic pAckaging Circular Transition

InFACT aims to establish a circular infrastructure for recycling flexible food plastic packaging (FFPP) from household waste into new food-grade materials. The project aligns collection, sorting, recycling technologies, and packaging design to enable 75% recyclability of FFPP. InFACT addresses technical, economic, and regulatory barriers through public-private collaboration and aims to unlock DKK 67 billion in material value and reduce CO₂ emissions by 13.4 million tons annually.
