Project Status: NEW

CAR2MA builds on a unique collaboration of local authorities, industry and world-leading researchers at four Danish universities combining physical, agronomic, forest and technical analyses with SSH methods on economy and design of local implementation strategies.

The aim is to develop crosscutting society-wide systems analysis methods, tools, and models allowing for a holistic co-optimization of land use and carbon management across agriculture, forestry, energy, transport, industry, buildings, waste management, and materials.
